Return Policy
For Software:
Please research the software you are interested in prior to completing the purchase. Make sure your computer meets the system requirements described in every item and be sure to note the packaging details, included in the description of every item we sell. It is the customer's responsibility to verify system compatibility and product needs before purchasing software products. For technical questions regarding a product, please contact the software publisher. If necessary, you may contact us and we can direct you to the manufacturer.
We do not accept returns on downloadable items, so please research all products to fit your needs prior to purchasing (all software have trail version to try for free, and system requirement) Contact customer care if you have any inquiries prior to ordering.
We give 7 Days replacement for defective items with no additional cost to you. We may accept returns only on unopened items in re-sellable condition and unregistered license within 7 days from the purchase date. Items will tampered packaging cannot be accepted.
The product must be returned with all manuals, license etc. There will be a 15% refund fee and shipping charges, if it is there, are not refundable on product returns. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions if you wish to return any unopened items or never registered license.
Returns that arrive to us without an RMA form will be held for 3 weeks before either disposed of, or returned to the sender. You should describe the problem and explain why you want to return the product, include your name, e-mail address and the reference code of your purchase. You will find the reference code in the purchase confirmation E-mail.
Opened, used or clearance items purchased from us are sold "as is" and non returnable under any circumstance. If retail merchandise is old stock (for example retail box or license key of Norton Antivirus 2005) and if manufacturer no longer supports it or is out of business then it is not our responsibility and such items cannot be returned. It is for the buyer to do the research.
Retail products can be returned in the above time period. If retail merchandise is defective it goes to their manufacturers warranty, you need to contact manufacturer directly as the retail items are covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
If you received a package damaged in shipping, it is best to refuse the item back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you noticed the item is damaged after you have accepted the item, please notify the carrier immediately about the damage and contact us at [email protected] to file a claim within 5 days of the arrival of the item.
If the product is good and you don't like it or it is not compatible with your system, we cannot accept the product back for a refund. The buyer is ultimately responsible for making sure that the software will run on their systems. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 15% RE-STOCKING FEE of the item price.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility. MiracleSoftware.in pays for the shipping of the exchange items (if applicable). We strongly recommend fully insure your returned shipment in case of loss or damage. If returns are expensive (over Rs5000) then it is recommended that you select a shipping method which provides proof of delivery.
Please be aware that the serial number on the item to be returned must match the original serial number of the product that was shipped to you. If you attempt to return an item that was not bought from MiracleSoftware.in the item will be shipped back at your expense. In addition, all fraudulent returns will be reported to the credit card issuer.
All returns must include the following:
Original packaging (manufacturer's box, foam, plastic bags, etc.)
Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
Valid Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
All accessories (adapters, wires, remotes, batteries, software disks, etc.)
Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.
MiracleSoftware.in reserves the right to deny the return of any product which was we deem tampered with or not returned in accordance to above instructions.
For Hardware:
We provide 3-7 days return warranty who purchase directly from us and provide for credit or refund except shippping and handling fees. If you unable to return the item within 3-7 days, than the product is considered accepted and not returnable.
Most products sold by MiracleSoftware.in are subject to a manufacturers' warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or contact them for further assistance. Most manufacturers offer a one to three year warranty on all new hardware. Some manufacturers and publishers, however, disallow returns.
Refuse all damaged products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, then note the damage on the carrier delivery record. Save the product and the original box and packaging. Contact Customer Care within 5 days after receipt of shipment to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Receipt of this information is necessary for us to file a damage claim with the freight carrier.
Report DOAs to Customer Service within 5 days after receipt of the shipment. most manufacturers require DOAs to be handled directly with them and in those cases we will provide the contact information. All DOA returns must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing material, have original AIT codes on the manufacturers packaging, contain all blank warranty cards, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete DOA returns will be subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.
Unless you have a separate written agreement with MiracleSoftware.in , all hardware, accessories, peripherals, and parts may be returned if the packaging is unopened and still in its sealed package and returned within 10 days (if permitted by the manufacturer's return policy) from the date on the packing slip or invoice, whichever is sooner.
All returns must have an return material authorization (RMA) number. If the return meets the manufacturer's & our guidelines, you can obtain a RMA number by contacting us.
Order once placed by you, generally can not be cancelled, but in any special case if agree to cancel the order you will have to pay restocking fees which can range from 10% to 50% of order amount. The restocking fees will solely be calculated & determined by us & will be final. No disputes will be entertained. If you have paid in advance than the payment after deducting the restocking fees, will be refunded after 30 days of cancellation of the order.
Products which we unable to give refund, warranty or cancelled are written below:
- Discontinued items
- Special order items
- Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns
- Custom configurations of systems.

We not provide refund or cancel the order IF you have purchased wrong item after delivery the products, Your system configuration not accepting software requirements.
If you have done the transaction through Credit Card, Debit Card or Netbanking refund process takes 7-10 days depends on your bank and this will be done through EBS payment gateway company and through Paypal, DD, Cheque, Westurn Union takes 3-5 days for the refund process.
