Order Placement

Please research the software title you are interested in prior to completing the purchase. Make sure your computer meets the system requirements described in every item. It is the customer responsibility to verify system capabilities and product needs before purchasing software products. For technical questions regarding a product, please contact the software publisher. If necessary, you may contact us and we can direct you to the manufacturer.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your emailed receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to decline the acceptance of any order for any reason. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

From time to time we may offer special discounts such as coupons on certain items. These special offers are for a very limited time. We do not publish a start or an end-time to the offer. These offers will commence and expire without prior notice and no "rainchecks" will be offered after expiry. The number of sales allowed will be limited by time and item's availability. All special discounts are subject to verification for legitimacy prior to acceptance. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion. Due to the often substantial savings these offers may contain, we may be unable to offer the discount for your order on particular items.

International Orders

International customers should note that most of the products we sell are manufactured in the US and are in English. Especially if a software item is installable in other language it will be mentioned specifically. Otherwise please assume that software product is in English. it is for buyers to find out if product works in their country. Please be mindful that if you are importing such products as they are not returnable.

Return / Exchange Policy

Please research the software you are interested in prior to completing the purchase. Make sure your computer meets the system requirements described in every item and be sure to note the packaging details, included in the description of every item we sell. It is the customer's responsibility to verify system compatibility and product needs before purchasing software products. For technical questions regarding a product, please contact the software publisher. If necessary, you may contact us and we can direct you to the manufacturer.

7 Days replacement for defective items with no additional cost to you. We may accept returns only on unopened items in re-sellable condition and unregistered license within 7 days from the purchase date. The product must be returned with all manuals, license etc. There will be a 15% refund fee and shipping charges, if it is there, are not refundable on product returns. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions if you wish to return any unopened items or never registered license. Returns that arrive to us without an RMA form will be held for 3 weeks before either disposed of, or returned to the sender. You should describe the problem and explain why you want to return the product, include your name, e-mail address and the reference code of your purchase. In order to establish customer preference regarding promotional emails, we have a "one email" policy of notifying customers of exclusive deals and special offers. You may unsubscribe at anytime. Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that its exclusive remedy for all damages, losses and cause of actions against MiracleSoftware.in, its officers, directors, employees and/or other representatives whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the price (excluding shipping, taxes and duties) of the product that was ordered by that Customer in the related transaction.

Legal Action: You agree that any legal action against MiracleSoftware.in must be brought in the courts of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh India. Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh law shall govern all legal action without regard to any conflicts of laws provisions.
